Information
We rarely get the opportunity to gather our friends and family all in one place, and many of you travel long distances to be a part of our day. We would, therefore, love for you to stay with us at Rockelstad Castle to make our wedding extra special. The ceremony will take place on Wednesday the 28th of June, but you are invited to join us at the welcome party the night before.
Accomodation
Rockelstad Castle is a neo-renaissance manor in the municipality of Flen. Although the early history is unknown, it is known that the building was expanded several times, starting at the beginning of 1640.
Several houses and cabins are located around the Castle, making Rockelstad the perfect place for us all to stay together. Some rooms are perfect for party people; other houses more suitable for laid back preferences. We will do our best to ensure that the room distribution suits everyone.

The venue has asked us to pay the full housing price at once, accommodation will therefore be paid separately once the RSVP is done. Please notify in the RSVP how many nights you intend to stay.
General information
The Castle is located next to a lake, and there is a sauna on the property, so make sure to bring swimming attire. It will also be possible to play tennis, go kayaking and do yoga so make sure to bring clothes suitable for different activities. Please bring your own yoga mat or other equipment needed for activities.
The dress code for the wedding is cocktail.
We know that this event is a big expense for everyone, and your presence is the only gift we need. If a present is your desire, we would greatly appreciate a cash gift to help us save for our future home.

Transportation
Check in at the Castle is between 4 pm – 5.30 pm on Tuesday, and latest 10.30 am on Wednesday. Check out is at 2 pm on Thursday.
by car
It takes about 1,5 hours to drive from Stockholm Central to Rockelstad Castle. Free parking is available.
Please do not arrive before 4 pm as other activities take place at the Caste before check in.
by train
The train to Flen train station takes about 50 minutes from Stockholm Central. There is a train leaving Stockholm Central at 2.49 pm, and one leaving at 3.57 pm.
We will arrange for pick up by car at the Flen train station between 4 pm - 5 pm if needed. Please notify us at least two weeks before.
